Park Hotel Tokyo

My stay at Park Hotel was fantastic! I was in Tokyo for a week and the hotel's location was perfect for my needs. It was convenient to reach attractions like Odaiba and Ginza, and even Haneda Airport. The customer service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who spoke good English. The twin room I stayed in was spacious and clean, and some rooms featured beautiful painted murals. The atrium lobby with its art installation was a delightful touch. And the highlight was definitely the stunning view of Mount Fuji behind the Tokyo Tower from my room. a wonderful experience!

Location is great.

There's not even a bottle of water in the rooms. Only in the minibar, for money.

The hotel is flawless - great service and service. Excellent organization. Nothing to add, nothing to put into words. I could even speak Polish, thanks to the international staff.

You don't have to leave the hotel to get to the subway station, very good location to go for a walk and meet people. The staff is very attentive.

The hotel is very well connected. The subway is in the basement of the hotel. Gynza and shopping malls are 15 minutes walk away. The room is bigger than the average size of Tokyo.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with three stations nearby, making it easy to get around Tokyo. The staff were friendly and the service was top-notch. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including free Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed. The view from the lobby on the 25th floor was breathtaking, offering a stunning sight of the city. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly luxurious.

top location, ginza within 10 minutes walking distance, many restaurants and shops within walking distance. subway station in the basement of the hotel. staff very friendly and helpful.

room is a bit old and quite small. prices for drinks in the hotel partly triple with very modest quality.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to local stations and a variety of restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and offer great views of the cityscape. The breakfast is well-stocked and the service provided by the staff is friendly and helpful.

The size of the rooms could be a bit larger, especially for the price you pay.

View of Tokyo Tower and Mount Fuji... in good weather. Decoration of the reception hall. Excellent small but a little expensive buffet. Convenient location, close to transportation ... once you understand how to find your way around.

Room equipment that is getting old

We loved staying here! The hotel staff are amazing and always went out of their way to help us. The location of this place is fantastic - we were close to three stations, making it easy to get around. Plus, there are great dining options nearby, and we loved the bar and restaurants here. Our room was comfortable and had plenty of amenities, including free wi-fi and in-room air conditioning.

We did have some trouble getting a dinner reservation on the day of our check-out, but the staff handled the situation in a professional and pleasant manner. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family for their next trip.

hotel is well served by Bus Limousines from Tokyo's airports. Magnificent panoramic view from the rooms on the Tower side of Tokyo with Mount Fuji on a clear day. Good quality breakfast. hotel is overall very comfortable and service is excellent.

Convenient location near train station and subway, with great views from top of business tower. Helpful staff provided tips on nearby restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable with good shower and bathroom, while the lobby had free tea and coffee. Upgrade to 31st floor for unique and inspiring rooms painted by different artists.

We had an very nice view from our room, perfect for our romantic escape. We spent hours sitting and watching the amazing scenery. the hotel staff were polite and helpful, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay.

One downside was that we were charged for making our own cup of tea, which seemed a bit odd considering the hotel's opulence. the hotel did not provide bottled water, a minor inconvenience.

As a group of friends, we found a great mid-range hotel in Japan. The hotel's location was perfect for our needs - close to the train station, subways, and major shopping mall with an excellent choice of restaurants. We enjoyed the stunning views of the city from our room and appreciated the well-equipped bathroom and helpful staff. the hotel had direct access to the underground, making it easy for us to explore the popular tourist attractions.

A bit expensive though...

Stayed in the Landscape Artist Room on the 31st floor. The view was amazing day and night. Room had air con, wifi, and a decent sized bed. Close to Shimbashi JR Station, making it easy to get to Tokyo Station in just 2 stops. Nice streets nearby for dinner and drinks, and also convenient to travel to busier districts like Shinjuku in a few stops. A more affordable option compared to skyscraper hotels in the Shinjuku area.

Comfortable city hotel with bay view on high floor. Well-equipped rooms with nice toiletries. Family mart in the basement and direct access to subway stations. Sky bridge for easy transport with heavy luggage.

We loved this hotel's cleanliness and hotel facilities. It was easy to find from the train station, with simple access via overhead walkways or underground passages. its location close to the station made it easy to get around this city. We also enjoyed the western-style breakfast provided at Bubby's restaurant.

Cannot find any fault.

Hearty, varied breakfast. Staff to take care of you. There is something for all tastes: sweet, salty, European, Asian... Nickel rooms, original and impeccable cleanliness. Central place, allows you to easily reach all the center of Tokyo, subway and JR stations nearby.

The hotel had fine art, fantastic views, and easy access to the train station. The Japanese restaurant offered a delicious set menu with amazing beef. The complimentary breakfast on the 31st floor had a bonus of amazing views of Mt Fuji and Tokyo Tower. The artist room '47 vegetables' was good.

outlook and situation

unfortunately breakfast is too expensive. was the only hotel that did not provide mineral water in the rooms for free.

location of the hotel is unbeatable. due to the nearby train station, one can quickly get everywhere and even on a rainy day one can get almost everywhere with dry feet. room was of japanese standard and size was ok. view from the hotel is remarkable.

room itself was clean but the bathroom could have been cleaned better. there was lipstick on the tub, dust in the door and a colony of dust bunnies nested in the air vent.

Great view, including Mt. Fuji and Skytree. Quick access to monorail station for easy exploring. Convenient airport shuttle service.
